Integrated Learning

Leaders are learners.

Integrated learning is experiential - it's about applying what you are learning while you are working on a specific task, strategic plan or project goal.

We can't learn without making mistakes. We learn through our mistakes and our experience. I will work with you, in the moment, as you are tackling your project or goal. Sometimes I might interject to give you feedback on what you are doing, so that you can assess whether you are moving towards or away from your goals. I will also offer you the chance to practice new skills (e.g. communication, strategic problem solving). Integrated learning utilizes:

  • intellectual and emotional intelligence
  • content and process
  • your priorities

Integrated learning can shorten the learning curve and is, by its nature, cost-effective, inspiring, and rewarding.
